Geeks With Blogs

About Me:
I am a Female SharePoint Developer (a platinum unicorn). I have been working with SharePoint since I attended the Portal University in 2005. I hold a BA in Computer Science from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. I love playing Rockband, organizing user group meetings, working with code, attending events as a speaker or organizer, and having bizarre conversations about geek things with cool people. If you have any comments or questions fill out the contact form and I will try my best to help.

This month Howard Davy will be discussing SharePoint Designer Workflows.  He was one of the volunteers for SharePoint Saturday Kansas City. He helped orchestrate the event with me and a ton of other people.  As his day job he’s a SharePoint Trainer, so this should be a really good presentation.  If you guys are in Kansas City and find SPD a little scary.  I would show up just to see what it actually can do.  We are meeting as usual this Thursday at 5:45 pm at Centriq (8700 Stateline, Leawood, KS 66206).  Drinks and food will be provided.  Please sign up here:

This is one of the last 6 meetings that I may be at this year.  It’s kind of nice to leave the group on a high note.  We have been getting between 20 and 30 people steadily the past few months.  So RSVP or we won’t have enough food to feed you all.
