expression{} Thoughts on Expression Web and web tools in general

The popular and excellent 'respond.js' shim by Scott Jehl that allows older versions of IE to work with CSS3 Media Queries now, version 1.2.0, works with breakpoints specified in 'ems' as well as pixels.

What's the significance of this you ask?

Well, if you have breakpoints in pixels they will almost certainly fail if browser zooming is used. Using ems for the breakpoints solves this problem. Easy and elegant.

So, if you are using an older version of the respond shim, you may want to upgrade. Note that the page on Github makes no mention of this new feature.
